Horizon is assisting an Argentine financial services group to: (i) value its different lines of business, and (ii) evaluate financing alternatives.

Horizon is assisting one of the shareholders of a multinational oil exploration and production (E&P) company to: (i) evaluate strategic alternatives, (ii) value its assets, and (iii) raise equity capital.

Horizon co-founded Interbarge along with Seacor Holdings (NYSE:CKH) and local partners.  Horizon also arranged private equity and senior debt financing for the acquisition of the company’s initial fleet.

Interbarge owns and operates pushboats and barges in the Parana-Paraguay river system. 

Horizon created Global Gas Carriers with a syndicate of institutional investors and high net worth individuals. Horizon arranged the company’s initial senior credit facility. 

GGC is a shipping company focused on the global transportation of liquefied gases and petrochemical products.

Horizon initially provided emergency debt financing to Feroanco   Following a successful restructuring process Horizon holds a senior convertible debt piece, and a minority equity position in the company.

Feroanco is a producer of non-ferrous wires in Argentina.
